Embodiment-focused work will unlock a deep desire to go within yourself as well as sooth your hyper-active nervous system. Embodiment is a deep remembering. The healing is in your embodiment. When you actively participate in a coaching session with me, you are activating the core nature in your body...the feminine. And it's wildly magnetic. I will teach you how to tap into this yourself, while also addressing the aspects of you that you've suppressed up until now. I will give you the tools and resources you need to come more into balance with your divine feminine.
